Warhammer 40k dawn of war 2 mods11/3/2023 ![]() The Guard's ability to have reduced cost in campaign mode isn't bad, and combos well with aforementioned extremely useful ability. The Marine ability to drop bonus units is pretty strong early-game, although you can't drop into the Strongholds, which are really the ones you'd need extra units at the start, which makes the ability a bit less. ![]() Starting off with all your basic tier one buildings and four power plants is stupidly good, far and away more powerful than any other racial ability, or potentially even more than all of them combined. Of course, not all racial abilities were created equal, the Sister's ability to start a mission with buildings already built is simply staggeringly good, especially in other Stronghold missions. I actually really enjoyed Dawn of War: Soulstorm's campaign.
